Wire EDM

Wire EDM enables us to process different metals with different material thicknesses. This is a spark-erosive cutting of the workpiece as well as a thermal, ablative manufacturing process.

The process is extremely precise and therefore meets the highest demands in terms of dimensional and shape accuracy.

Laser cutting

Laser cutting is a thermal cutting process in which the metal is removed by continuous laser irradiation. A precise laser beam is used to trace the desired shape and cut through the metal accordingly.

This option is particularly suitable for complex designs, as processing is precise, quick and easy.

Vibratory finishing

Mass finishing with plastic abrasive media and ceramic abrasive media with corundum content forms the basis for a polished surface. The metal is not only deburred, but also prepared for the subsequent processes.

Thanks to the special customizing of our systems, we are also able to process very small and delicate workpieces without damaging the shape or surface.

Rays

Blasting is used for surface finishing, whereby we create a wide variety of surfaces using a wide variety of blasting granulates. These are required as preparation for subsequent coatings, for example for a matt coating, or they form the finish of your workpieces.

Polishing

Polishing is an elementary step in the process of creating an elegant surface. We reduce the roughness of the metal with a special polishing grain and polishing agent carriers to create a shiny surface.

We use a wet grinding process for polishing, which means that workpieces can be processed quickly.

Drag polishing

We use drag polishing to achieve high-gloss surfaces, whereby the metal is pulled through a polishing granulate to give it a shine. Satellites developed in-house also allow us to polish workpieces to a high gloss that are normally only suitable for hand polishing.

This enables us to process very large quantities very quickly.

Hand polishing

As a top-class finish, we offer hand polishing, where the workpieces are polished completely by hand, resulting in an extremely high-gloss surface. Furthermore, with hand polishing we can respond even more specifically to your special wishes and offer you exceptional surfaces.

Bending technology

The bending of frames is also an integral part of our services. We have a special feel for metal and its surface and promise you beauty of form and functionality.

We have various bending tools available for implementation. On request, we can also support you in the development of new tools.

Shipping & packaging

Of course, we are also happy to assemble your frames and then send them on their way to dispatch. We are happy to store your products in our depots, pack them and send them directly to your customers.
