Metalworking

We process delicate stainless steel surfaces with passion and years of experience. Metal processing includes vibratory grinding, polishing, drag polishing, hand polishing and blasting. We are also happy to process your small parts, including wire eroding, bending, powder coating and laser marking.
PVD-coating

In combination with our surface processing, which has been tried and tested for years, we can also offer you the advantageous PVD coating. If you are looking for decorative coatings for your workpieces, you have come to the right place. With PVD coating, you have all the options – from gold to black, from matt to mirror finish. You decide and we implement. Our coating process is based on a comprehensive surface examination using the latest analysis techniques.
Polyamide processing
Unique & colorful – polyamide materials
We process polyamide materials using the tried-and-tested SLS process. This enables us to create unique and colorful frames for your brand – according to your ideas and individual wishes. Polyamide processing includes vibratory grinding, blasting and coloring of the material. If the parts require special protection, we can also protect them from environmental influences with the help of special coatings.
